- Some moments on New Year's Eve in Brazil (I was really upset that K was busy playing a game -- Catan -- and didn't go to see the fireworks with me, in addition to some other situations).
- The disaster and shame of Brazil's loss in the World Cup. :-(
- Work contract nightmare for me in the Fall.
- K's grandmother getting sick and being hospitalized for weeks (until now) and how upset my FIL was/is.
- Holidays with no family.
